No one forbade occasional indulgence ;) I just thought I'd share with you some insulin related info; in case you were curious because I find nutrition fascinating. And refined grains are almost devoid of nutrients - so they're just empty carbs. Sorry for attacking white bread.

I miss our french bread - dark chocolate concoction - remember?? Mmmmm..Elisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14610437960520651744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3882842583994595375.post-21164292212094678762010-06-02T20:51:04.709-07:002010-06-02T20:51:04.709-07:00-nodnod- You inspire me!-nodnod- You inspire me!Jessiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15934022966020043209noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3882842583994595375.post-31818778263411503732010-06-02T19:38:51.816-07:002010-06-02T19:38:51.816-07:00Ovo = eggs, lacto = dairy, pesco = fish. I don't know, can you? :)

I'd say eat what you feel right eating - it's your own personal choice and you don't have to try to fit into a certain type of category (ie. vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian, ovo-vegetarian).

I will support any step you take. Red meat sounds like a great start. That's on the top of my list (I have a hierarchy of animal products that I exclude, and red meat is the first on the list).Elisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14610437960520651744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3882842583994595375.post-62209839666498156332010-06-02T10:15:56.904-07:002010-06-02T10:15:56.904-07:00I am aiming to give up red meat, but can I still e...I am aiming to give up red meat, but can I still eat poultry?Jessiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15934022966020043209noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3882842583994595375.post-1282822792337015002010-06-02T05:46:49.472-07:002010-06-02T05:46:49.472-07:00Almond Milk is the BEST!!
